Job Summary:

Photography lab assistants are responsible for assisting with the operation of the KVCC Photo Lab. Specific duties include laboratory preparation and clean up, preparation and maintenance of lab supplies, providing tutoring services to students, and other related duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

A High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Prior photography coursework and darkroom experience is required.

Candidates must be reliable.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Completion of Art 132 and/or 213 at KVCC is preferred.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work around photo lab chemicals.

Work Hours: Up to 29 hours a week, flexible hours available.
